RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


RETURNS

We cannot refund or exchange goods which are lost or damaged in the post. If possible, please reuse the original packaging when returning, or make sure the goods are packaged properly to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the post office for lost or damage.

It is your resonsibility to cover postage costs for returns/exchanges. Please ensure that your packaged goods are fully insured as SUNDAYS does not cover packages that are lost or damaged.

EXCHANGE

As our products are made to order, we are able to exchange an item within 4 weeks of receiving notification.


REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for exchange or refund within 7 days.
Note: shipping will not be refunded and refunds may take up to 30 days.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Our customer services team at sundays ensure that each item we send has absolutely no faults. Or defects prior to despatch. If you receive your item and it has been damaged notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
