“Seeing an increase in patterns and color in the interiors world and seeing a trend from more print led brands – I saw a real gap in market for people, who like myself didn’t want to leave their style and love of colour at the front door, I wanted to bring back the glamour and attention to detail reminiscent of the 60’s and 70’s” says Naomi Richards.
Silhouettes feature the fluid Helvin loungesuit, Hutton convertible collar shirt, the Shrimpton palazzo pant, and the Taylor robe all with multiple ways to wear. Sundays styles can be built up by layering print pieces for a pattern clash or alongside your everyday wardrobe.
The theme of luxury continues on into the eye masks, head wraps, scarves and house slides in copycat prints to pair or gift with collection pieces.
Prior to starting Sundays, Naomi Richards, Founder and Creative Director worked as a print designer and trend consultant, working both in the UK and abroad for luxury fashion houses and high street brands. Joining her at the start of 2016, Jamie Jessup, Business Director, brought her experience and know-how in sales and marketing for the lifestyle industries to Sundays.
Established in 2014, the brand has already garnered a name for itself in the fashion press and beyond. The collections have appeared in Vogue, Grazia, Sunday Times Style, The Evening Standard, The Telegraph and many more.
